“Serene View, Relaxing Stay”
Our Hokkaido trip was made comfortable and relaxing with the accommodation we had in this hotel. Basic amenities focusing on sustainability. What we love is the view from our window and the hospitality we got feom the staff. Definitely a place to stay whenever you are in the area.

Liked · Room is quite spacious, and it faces the lake, so I could see the lake, mountain.. etc. I could watch the fireworks from my room if I wanted :-) Dinner & Breakfast: the buffet style is a bit chaotic with so many people attended; staffs had given customers the flows and directions, however … more

“Very good hotel with awesome open view of Lake Toya from the onsen”
This is a huge hotel with 3 wings. I stayed at the Eastern wing. The hotel is perfect base for the fireworks festival. The onsen is also very nice. Huge buffet spread for dinner and breakfast. Staff are all very polite and welcoming. Overall it was a fantastic stay at Toyako.

“Nice views from within the thin walls”
Good. Nice buffet , although being buffet hard to get a hot food , warm only. Sauna and onsen are great . Nice views from the rooms. Bad. Sound insulation is poor. You hear all the steps, sounds , moving if the furniture. Fireworks every night add to the noise. No more for me as sleep is important
