“Comfortable stay in a good location!”
We arrived at the JR Hiroshima station and there were two ways to get to the hotel. One is via tram and the other is via JR train with a change to a underground train. “Enjoyed our stay”
Fantastic hotel and customer service with traditional hotel rooms. We were on the 42nd floor, view was amazing and room was huge. Beds and pillows comfortable, very clean. “Dated”
The RIHGA Royal Hotel is extremely dated and there is absolutely no atmosphere in any of the communal areas. The bar on the top floor was completely lifeless, the rooms resemble something out of the 1970's with thick mahogany trimmings and the bathrooms with ghastly shower curtains just look sad. … more
