“Very kind and wonderful staff”
wonderful friendly and kind staff. not many speak English. Miura at front desk is bi lingual in English/Japanese and was tremendously helpful. Nice room with view. Great overall service and wonderful snacks in afternoon. also hotel goodies for skin care are provided. great products.

“Didn't live up to first impressions”
The first impression on arrival was very positive. We waited in a nice lobby before check-in at 3pm when we were offered free coffee and snacks. “How the heck did I find this place?!”
While the ground floor level was very modern and nice, our room #1617 was in much need of a renovation. The "king" bed (twins put together), was hard as were the pillows.
