We stayed at this hotel from 21 to 26 November in room 520. The check-in desk is on the third floor. Check-in and payment are done via a terminal. The room is large, has a desk, wardrobe, fridge and TV. The chair at the desk was replaced because it could not be adjusted. The room is on the street side. You can hear the sound of the traffic. However, it is the trams that pass by that are disturbing. When the fan in the bathroom is turned on it makes a lot of noise, if you turn it off it continues to make noise, although less loud but still clearly audible in the room. The management suggested changing rooms. We did not want to do this. Breakfast is provided with a Japanese buffet with changing items. It is very busy during breakfast. The elevator is the sore point in this hotel. With fourteen floors, two elevators are too few, which means you sometimes have to wait a long time.

“Tiny Hotel; friendly staff”

Very near the Peace garden. Easy access from the railway station via streetcar. Tiny room with little storage but was reasonably comfortable. Large lounge area was good for sitting since the room was so small. Good breakfast buffet with Japanese & Western selections.

“Rie was a highlight of our stay there.”

This was our second stay in this hotel. We remembered it from a previous stay so chose it again. Although several miles from Hiroshima Station, it is very near a stop on the tram line so it is easy to get here. This was our second stay in this hotel. We remembered it from a previous stay so chose it again. Although several miles from Hiroshima Station, it is very near a stop on the tram line so it is easy to get here. The hotel is just a 10 minute walk from the the Peace attractions, and also from the ferry dock to Miyajima. The rooms are small, typical Japan sized. However, they are clean and adequate. Very good breakfast in an area that at other times can be used for conversation, eating take-away food, working, etc. A highlight was Rie at the front desk. She speaks excellent English and was very cheerful and helpful. Her personality is sufficient to draw us back to this hotel on our next visit to Hiroshima.

“Japan 🇯🇵, Where Most Things Are Small”

Check-In/Out was easy:) Staff was awesome overall:) Check- In young woman spoke good English, Check-Out gentleman spoke none:( Comfortable Queen bed for wife and myself, yet, one side pushed against wall. Pillows were FLAT and terrible, maybe some of the worse I’ve come across in my travels😳 Plent… more

Pillows were FLAT and terrible, maybe some of the worse I’ve come across in my travels😳 Plenty of hot shower water, yet bathroom is real small! Room is also small, but welcome to Japan😉 Breakfast was quite the spread, but Japanese style items, not much to for our likings. It was close to Peace Park😀 It was a one night stop and traveling out of a backpack, it worked!
