“Hotel with old world hospitality”
The hotel Takakura is located in the heart of city with subway and JR train connectivity. The staff is highly courteous and accomodating. There is a grocery store seven eleven next door. “A nice city hotel to revisit”
I stayed four nights in Fukuoka Takakura hotel and grew to like the location more as I had more chances to walk around its vicinity. “Noisy trains passing by Takakura Hotel Fukuoka ”

“Very small room but good service”
This is an ok hotel. Close to Yakuin station which is quite central in Fukuoka with a few restaurants and cafes in walking distance. No complaints about the service was fine. The main issue was that the room was claustrophobically small but probably not as small as some rooms in Japan.
