Triple room is actually quite big, comfortable room for 2-3 people. The shower and bathroom is small but functional and clean. Typical Japanese bathroom. We had a non smoking room on the top floor which is the 11th floor and did not have breakfast included. Loved that the windows opened and we had a humidifier in the room as well as slippers and a small wardrobe for hanging items. No safe in the room. The room did include a charger for all phone types and had a small vanity table or study table. Very clean room even though the hotel is slightly dated and beds and sheets are comfortable and clean. Around 10 minutes on foot to both the main station Hakata Station and Canal City. Direct bus to and from the airport just around the corner and loads of convenience stores within 2 minutes walk with a 7/11 literally across the street. We needed parking for one night and the nearby car park is probably 3 minutes on foot. It is one of the cheapest in the area even if it charges by the hour (100 yen per hour peak/ 100 yen for 2 hours after 8pm).

The twin room that I booked (1107) is clean, comfortable, and spacious. However, the bathroom was very small (typical Japanese pre-fabricated capsule style bathroom). Service at the front desk is excellent. The only downside is the steep check-in and check-out time. Check-in is at 3 pm (too late), while check-out is at 10 am (too early). Most Japanese hotels allow check-in at 2 pm and check-out until 11 am or 12 noon. I noticed that in mid-morning, the doors of a lot of vacant rooms (where guests just checked-out) were open and yet no one is cleaning--apparently the hotel only has limited cleaning staff so it has to vacate the rooms early and check-in the guests late in the afternoon. The hotel should employ more cleaning staff to make things more efficient. The location of the hotel is accessible to both Hakata station (10-minute walk) and Canal City Mall (10-minute walk). There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the area.

This hotel is 10 mins away from HOKATA station . I’ll suggest you to reach hotel via Bus from airport. Once you alight the bus terminal , you just have to head to the main exit door and follow the main road to the south. Once you alight the bus terminal , you just have to head to the main exit door and follow the main road to the south. Just FYI that early check in with fee applies from 1 pm to 3pm and check in time is 3PM . Reception is always helpful with luggage assistance. They would help with hiring taxi as well ! Room is small as expected. We had to book Smoking room as that’s the only choice. However the room equipped with air freshener and the machine , I don’t smell of cigarette at all. Breakfast can be purchased upon check in, one adult at ¥1260 .Good variety of local dish selection. Coffee tea and juices I’ll suggest you try it one of your morning. There are a lot of convenient stores and eateries nearby. And a local market which is famous for Mentaiko! 1）距離博多車站大概10分鐘，建議從機場搭巴士過來到巴士總站。出來大門往南走，不會迷路。 2）早餐挺不錯的，建議吃一天（¥1260成人） 3）吸煙房但是沒有臭味 4) 有免費大澡堂在地下一樓👍🏻 5）入住時間下午3點，提早入住時間為下午一點之後，收費¥3千多🤭🤭🤭 當然寄放行李服務是有的。

“Served traditional Hakata breakfast!”

This hotel serves Hakata traditional breakfast which was something new to me as they were using fermented fish, meat and vege to pair with rice. The hotel is too far away (by walking) from the main station which was the main drawback. Nothing to shout about for this hotel.
