“Great place to stay with amazing staff.”
18 friends staying for a week, the staff could not be more helpful, from arranging entry to sites we wished to visit (weeks before we arrived) via their WhatsApp and email service, getting our road toll fines cancelled when we messed up and used the wrong lane, dealing with all our odd requests. “Good hotel if u got the right room.”
We have just return from Italy. We spent 4 nights in this hotel, we got a huge complex with full equipped kitchen (room 114) but not in the right side of the hotel, so we missed the beautiful view.... and we missed a full body mirror, (we had only square mirror in the bathroom..) and no safe.... … more
