Stayed at this hotel last week on all inclusive board. We were a group of ten our children and grandchildren. All of the staff were excellent especially Vincenzo, Mimmo and Simone Nothing was to much trouble. They even did spaghetti with sauce for our grandchildren every night because they didn't like the other pasta. Drinks at the bar were of good quality and plentiful. In all it was fantastic value for money. Rooms were of a good size, and kept immaculate. If you want 5 star luxury then you will have to pay double the price at another hotel. Thank you to the manager and all your staff.

“Perfect "Locatori"”

Great 3 star hotel for our recent skiing holiday to Passo Tonale. From the first smile from Erica on the reception, you knew this was going to be good. Great 3 star hotel for our recent skiing holiday to Passo Tonale. From the first smile from Erica on the reception, you knew this was going to be good. Also Francesco on the desk always had a smile for all the guests. Our twin room, No. 410, was clean, warm and had plenty of storage space. En suite facilities with a good hot shower/bath. Dining area was clean and bright providing great selection of breakfast and evening food as well as a packed lunch for the slopes. The bar/lounge area managed by Allesandro had a great atmosphere and provided a warm area for people to mingle in at the end of a hard day's skiing. The Wellness Centre provided a much needed retreat to relax the muscles in the two saunas and one steam room. The provision of the mini bus to transfer guests to and from the main slopes was brilliant, thank you Ugo. All the staff worked great as a team to make the holiday one to remember and we would return without hesitation.
