This family hotel is wonderful and is run by the nicest owners and staff. We are American grandparents, parents and two children, ages 2 and 5. The Grandparents stayed in a room in the hotel while the children and parents stayed in a two bedroom and loft apartment across the road. The children go to bed at 7, so the hotel accommodated their schedule and provided food early at 6pm, so the little ones could stay on their sleep schedule. While the grandparents dined at 7, the parents tucked in the children, and once they were asleep, we traded places. The meals were creative, the service impeccable and very welcoming. The pool was great. Lake Molveno and the Alps are breathtaking. The kiddies loved the Squirrel Trail, and the view from the chair lift and cable car were awesome. Highly recommend.

Family run Hotel I have been one week with my family (wife and 2 children)! It is in a great location with a nice lake view! The owner has been fab very polite and nothing was too much to ask!! Decent room but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was continental with style freshly baked croissants, cakes, cookies with cappuccino. Diner has been an awesome and taste gourmet experience. SPA & outdoor/indoor swimming pools a standout! Free hotel ski-bus shuttle takes 10 minutes drive to Laghet ski center. Good wi-fi room and definitely not at all priced hotel! Overall an excellent stay! I recommend!

The Molveno lake is walking distance from the hotel and very beautiful and relaxing

Our greeting at this hotel couldn't have been different from the poor experience at our previous hotel stay in Pinzolo. The manager/Owner welcomed us, shook our hands, offered us both a welcome drink, took our luggage up to our room and showed us around. Just what hotel service should be. We were given a Family room even though there were only two of us, which had a balcony on two sides, one facing the lake and the other the mountains. Apart from a large double bed (two singles as is usual), there was a sofa bed, plus an extra single. The singles could be divided off into a separate room. The bathroom was a decent size with quality toiletries. The balcony facing the lake had a couple of chairs and a small table. There was a mini-bar and a safe. We had booked half-board, which is usually chosen at breakfast time each day. Evening Dinner consisted of four course, plus a salad bar. There were lots of coach parties staying in the hotel with us, so there was always a queue for the salad bar, but the staff were always there to replenish any items that ran out. Despite few of the staff speaking English, they were all very friendly, and we managed to get by with our limited Italian, and a bit of German. The manager and manageress (owners I think), made a point of greeting everyone each evening and asking if everything was ok. There was a Gala Dinner laid on the Saturday Night, with an extra course, and just fabulous food. Breakfasts were delicious, with a good assortment of savouries and cakes etc plus fruit, yoghurt, jams etc. The waiters would get something for you if you didn't want to help yourself. They were the same staff as for Dinner, and they were all very cheery and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. There is a Spa in the basement, with a decent size pool, whirlpool, and forcefull showers. There were two Saunas and a Steam Room, but with only limited opening hours (4-7pm), and an area for relaxation with loungers. We made use of the facilities each day we were there, it was a great way to relax for a couple of hours before Dinner. Our stay there ended all to quickly, and I can honestly say that after travelling worldwide for the last 45 years or so, it is probably one of the best hotels that I have stayed in, certainly for the service we experienced. We shall plan to return in 2020.
