Always a good venue to return to in the Dolomites. Best hotel in Folgarida. Local skiing usually very good and not too far to ski across to excellent Madonna di Campiglio. Always a good venue to return to in the Dolomites. Best hotel in Folgarida. Local skiing usually very good and not too far to ski across to excellent Madonna di Campiglio. Staff most helpful and welcoming. Chief barman and wine waiter Andrea remembers faces; very accommodating and amusing with it. Meals presented in fine gourmet style and panache. Nice Spa with pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room -though extra on this occasion.

Hotel location is good, not too far from ski lift. Car garage available for €70/week. Shuttle Service hotel to lift available in morning and afternoon. Very friendly staff. Can be improved: Dinner at 19:30 is too late Shuttle in afternoon after 15:30 is a little late. Lockers for skis are too small for snowboard Lockers area too narrow No service area available for snowboard maintenance Only Italian tv channels available in Room Wifi signal not stable

“Family vacation”
The service was excellent, and SPA as well. Food was fresh, with a variety of choices - gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan. Very good choice for a family vacation. We had a great stay and would stay here again.

To whom it May Concern, This is a brief note to thank the Staff for kindness and helpfulness during our recent stay. Thank you so much for making our staying in Luna Wellness Hotel so marvellous. I am writing to express our satisfaction on behalf of the group of my friends and myself for the lovely time we had at the hotel. The Staff showed a very professional approach. Especially many thanks to Andrea, the barman called Master of delicious waffles. I wish to express my sincere appreciation for making our staying so enjoyable, for your hospitality. We appreciate your nice and helping attitude. We enjoyed the delicios meals often reminding us a real works of art tremendously. Our deep appreciation to the Staff at the dinning room for their kindness. I do wish to thank you most warmly indeed for the enjoyable evenings at the restaurant and for all you have done for us during our stay. Many thanks for your assistance, time and support. We really appreciate your consideration, guidance, help and time. Many thanks to Roberta and the Staff at the reception desc for their wonderful hospitality. We appreciate not only professional, nice and helping attitude but also we are grateful for assistance in organising all of our skipasses and driving us every day to the ski station. “Ski Hotel Lacking atmosphere!”
Nice hotel but lacked atmosphere and authenticity for a ski holiday. Did not feel that hotel was in The Dolomites and could easily been in any city, worldwide!
