“Clean with an average bathroom, no wi-fi in the room, not worth the price”

Hotel is difficult to find and the first impression is rather dissapointing. Interriors though are nice and clean, staff very friendly and helpful but there is no wi-fi in the rooms (for which you pay ca 150 EUR!). The bathroom is clean but a bit smelly and there is no way to close the shower cabin… more

Hotel is difficult to find and the first impression is rather dissapointing. Interriors though are nice and clean, staff very friendly and helpful but there is no wi-fi in the rooms (for which you pay ca 150 EUR!). The bathroom is clean but a bit smelly and there is no way to close the shower cabine (as there is none) so you end up with everything around completely soaked. Nice breakfast but if one of its ingredients finishes (like scrambled eggs or toasts) they don't refill it, so better hurry-up! Location ok if you don't mind 15 min walk to the city centre.

“Room could be better”

Somebody find a good idea, to make individually decorated rooms and interieur. It was some time ago. Since then, rooms were used, but not maintained. Bathroom was obviously under the average. Somebody find a good idea, to make individually decorated rooms and interieur. It was some time ago. Since then, rooms were used, but not maintained. Bathroom was obviously under the average. The hooks for towels were broken down (both), couldn't hang on anywhere. The bathroom had no ventillation either. But the breakfast was surprisingly uniqe and lovely. The chocolate croissant was fresh and warm!

I stayed in the hotel for 4 nights. The hotel is hidden, hard to find. The room was not like in the pictures on the hotel web site. The shower was completely "free" no curtain or walls. The bathroom was soaked after the shower. Breakfast never started on time, the service was not particularly frie… more

I stayed in the hotel for 4 nights. The hotel is hidden, hard to find. The room was not like in the pictures on the hotel web site. The shower was completely "free" no curtain or walls. The bathroom was soaked after the shower. Breakfast never started on time, the service was not particularly friendly. The location is ok, but I would not stay at this hotel for another time. There are better hotels in Bozen for the same price.

“Office hours 4pm to 11 am”

We arrived at the hotel at 3 pm and the doors were locked. We found out that you can't check in till 4 pm when the staff arrive. We had to go away and come back later. We arrived at the hotel at 3 pm and the doors were locked. We found out that you can't check in till 4 pm when the staff arrive. We had to go away and come back later. We fortunately had a very friendly taxi driver that helped us. The staff were very friendly were they got there and the breakfast good. The only problem was that the toilet seat was not attached to the toilet!!!
