From the email saying they had hiking poles for us that we could use, to the warm, welcoming greeting we received, to the delicious snacks at 'happy hour', to the delicious breakfast and incredible views, and most importantly, the friendly, kind attentive service, this hotel is TOPS! Also, the pool is so refreshing, the spa, sauna and jacuzzi relaxing after a day of hiking in the beautiful Dolomites. Ursula and the rest of the Thomaseth family make the stay at the PHF wonderful.

It would do very well for a longer staying, the hotel direction organises many activities for the guests

The Parc Hotel Florian is a family hotel with the brand new part behind the original hotel, with informal atmosphere and we feel there like a part of this family - so we have been there for winter holidays several times. The rooms are comfortable with beautiful views on the Alps. Very good accommodation with super cuisine. The hotel is close to centre of Siusi, skibus stop is in front of the hotel so it is not problem to go to the cable car with skis. Ski resort is large with very good snow conditions, Sella Ronda is not far from Siusi - what more could you want for a winter holiday

The hotel is quite old, nothing changes there. When the prices grow so much, I would also expect some improvements. The personnel is very friendly, services are on a high level. Breakfasts were very good, a good offer of various dishes, I would appreciate more fruits and vegetables. Dinners were better in the past (2020&2022), but the cold buffet is still very good. Afternoon snack is smaller than in the past, I would appreciate a soup or anything warm. Excelent coffee, very nice offer of wines. Spa is not good. I was there just once, the whirpool was cold, my friends were there another day, it was cold again. Also drinks in spa were not sufficient. Very good location close to the cablecar.
