Shukri and Francesca made us feel special and welcome as soon as we entered this boutique Five Star Hotel right in the heart of Rome City. All hotel staff we encountered went above and beyond all expectations, including Toby, May and Aggia in the restaurant, Daniel and Jordan; and as mentioned earlier Francesca was pivotal from the start of the booking to the end of our stay with her professionalism, attention to detail, kindness, sincerity, empathy, and she personally went above and beyond to ensure our stay was truly memorable. Nothing was too much trouble. The Garden Room was just heavenly and we made good use of the beautiful garden and the Jacuzzi was greatly appreciated after our long days walking around this beautiful and eternal city. The private entrance on the top floor added to this special room. Everybody we encountered during our stay was so lovely and sincerely wished us a great stay. The restaurants Shukri booked for us were outstanding (even at short notice) and he tried so very hard to find tickets for the Colosseum which was very much appreciated. Everybody was a joy! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Stayed here at the beginning of February. The hotel was perfect for what we wanted and the staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. From the moment we arrived to the time we left the staff looked after us perfectly. Breakfast is a choice of cereals, fruit and a cooked option. I chose omelette most days and it was very good. The room was ideal for us, nothing fancy but everything worked, the shower was hot and the bed was comfortable. There are lots of places to eat nearby, ranging from 100+ euros if you want to go fancy to 20 euros for a couple of pizzas. My wife is vegetarian but we did not struggle to find places to cater for that. Most of the tourist attractions are within easy walking distance. We took a taxi to the Vatican museum, which is about an hours walk away, that cost 14 euros, and a taxi to the airport will set you back 55 euros, but is definitely worth it. If you like a pool and lots of facilities, you may want to look elsewhere, but if a clean, comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff and a great location are more important, then you can book this hotel with confidence. As has been said, the hotel is a hidden gem, and you won't find better staff anywhere.

My daughter and I stayed the last night we were in Rome. We wish we had stayed here the other two nights we were there, but split hotels on either side of a side trip to Florence. We loved our junior suite in the main building, but a few features made this place extra special: 1) the Cryptoporticus - onsite Roman ruins. They served us homemade tiramisu there as we explored 2) the breakfast room and rooftop deck - truly special places and 3) the location - a small side road that feels very out of the tourist mecca, even though it's actually very close. We thought our cab driver made a mistake when he dropped us off outside what looked like a residence. I would definitely stay here again - only longer.

“Exceptional Service and Location”

I would highly recommend the Inn at the Roman Forum. The location is wonderful and right in the heart of many activities, restaurants, and popular sites. The staff is exceptional. My husband became ill while we were over there, and they assisted me greatly. The bellman even accompanied me to a nearby pharmacy to help me translate our medical needs to the pharmacist. The concierge was always available for anything that we needed and went above and beyond to secure a local health clinic so that my husband could seek medical attention. The rest of the was amazing offering very personalized service. We really enjoyed breakfast each morning and being greeted every time we entered and exited the hotel. I look forward to returning to the Inn any time we are in Rome again.
