Booked through love holidays and have to say this is by far the best and most romantic accommodation we've stayed in. Fantastic location at the top of the Spanish stairs and on a very prestigious street with x2 very posh hotels. This is a suite/ apartment so no hotel facilities such as bar or restaurant for brekkie but that suited us. Breakfast is brought to your room like room service and in our suite there was a compact pull out table and x2 chairs. Selection was fab and you ordered yourself via the ipad in the room the day before and selected a time. Our suite was the Panne e Fragole which had a massive bath, waterfall shower and round bed. Mini bar with free water and fruit juice replenished daily along with towels and cleaning/bed made which was also done daily. Only criticism would be instructions or a dummies guide needed on how to use the mod cons as struggled with lighting and what other various switches on the wall did. The ipad in the room through which you can play music disconnected but after ringing reception a member of staff came up and showed us how to select aux and reconnect. Was expecting from the reviews a really seedy apartment but we thought it was amazing and had a great time and the added touch was the lovely Post it notes of previous guests experiences on the walls in reception and stairwells. When we got dropped off the transfer driver directed us to the apartment block across the road which I believe there are x3 owned by Suite Sistina luckily there was a member of staff who we were able to ask where and how to check-in they directed us across the road. Our room wasn't ready upon arrival so we left our luggage with reception and it was brought upto our room. I've included pictures and a video to accompany this review. We experienced no noises from people having sex or barging in, breakfast was hand delivered to your room at a time of your choosing and they knocked and we let the staff member in and we were advised that the cleaner would arrive around 1pm so was never in the suite at this time. Would 100% recommend this place and yes it is for brave lovers as you can see from my pics everything is open plan so you shower/bathe in the same room but toilet is separate.

Absolutely wonderful stay, the staff was extremely helpful and helped us with everything, definition of superior service. Absolutely wonderful stay, the staff was extremely helpful and helped us with everything, definition of superior service. My wife hurt her toe and the lady at the front desk helped us get to the local hospital. Honestly had a great time will definitely be going back again. Words couldn’t describe how amazing and wonderful the accommodation and hospitality we experienced was. The breakfast was delivered with a warm smile and tasted magnificent. Thank you.

“I'd stay here again”
I stayed here when travelling for the 6 nations rugby. The location is excellent. The hotel was lovely. We were upgraded to a suite which was a nice surprise. I stayed here when travelling for the 6 nations rugby. The location is excellent. The hotel was lovely. We were upgraded to a suite which was a nice surprise. We travelled by metro & there are 2 local train stations: Spagna & Barberini. It is about half way between but I recommend using Barberini to avoid climbing the Spanish steps (Spagna). The hotel was very clean. Soft drinks, water & crisps are provided free in the minibar. Alcohol is available at a cost. There are shops & restaurants close by. This location was very central & felt safe walking to it at night.
