“We never stay anywhere else!”
The location of this B&B near the Vatican and Castle Sant' Angelo, but with easy walking to the Piazza del Popolo, the Spanish Steps or Navona depending on which direction you want to go, and that makes it a great base of operations for enjoying Rome. The location of this B&B near the Vatican and Castle Sant' Angelo, but with easy walking to the Piazza del Popolo, the Spanish Steps or Navona depending on which direction you want to go, and that makes it a great base of operations for enjoying Rome. Then it also provides relatively simple, clean rooms, with firm mattresses on the beds, which allows us to organize ourselves the way we want. And then the staff - Raul and Mario - are there to get us going in the morning with a smile and a cappuccino (or two). All at a price that leaves plenty left over for food and shopping!

“A great value, our favorite”
On our first two visits to Rome we stayed in traditional hotels, but since finding this wonderful B&B we never stay anywhere else. The location is great - close to the Castle San Angelo and St. Peter's, an easy walk to Piazza Navona or Piazza di Popolo. There's also a very easy bus from the airpo… more
On our first two visits to Rome we stayed in traditional hotels, but since finding this wonderful B&B we never stay anywhere else. The location is great - close to the Castle San Angelo and St. Peter's, an easy walk to Piazza Navona or Piazza di Popolo. There's also a very easy bus from the airport that stops a block away on Via Crescenzio. The rooms are simple, clean and modern. The staff are kind and helpful. Raul is the best!

“Beautiful building, close to Vatican ”
This B&B is on the third floor of a lovely old building with a really tall main door and then you access the rooms via an old bird cage lift.Raul welcomed us to the B&B and was really helpful giving an overview to the property and the city with recommendations. This B&B is on the third floor of a lovely old building with a really tall main door and then you access the rooms via an old bird cage lift.Raul welcomed us to the B&B and was really helpful giving an overview to the property and the city with recommendations. Lovely, clean spacious room with A/C and coffee machine and TV. Tall ceilings but only one drape for the window? (This lack of privacy is the reason I dropped a star) Breakfast is fresh croissant and self serve coffee or tea. We took the SIT bus from the airport which dropped us very close by. Loved staying here, would recommend and would stay again.

“Location is. good, but facility needs something.”
The location is very close to Vatican City and Rome also, public transport is easy. Raul is a good guy, friendly and helpful. The room is small, needs cleaning and renovation. The facility is small composed of six rooms, breakfast is very limited.
