We were a party of twelve people and each and everyone of us loved it. The owner has been fantastic always there to help and support us with anything that we required. “Room was great but eat elsewhere.”
We stayed here in July 2023 for one night. We found the host to be incredibly welcoming with nothing being too much trouble. The room was lovely, very clean and had a great view of the Colosseum. My only criticism would be the breakfast. The hotel appears to also own a restaurant around the corn… more
We stayed here in July 2023 for one night. We found the host to be incredibly welcoming with nothing being too much trouble. The room was lovely, very clean and had a great view of the Colosseum. My only criticism would be the breakfast. The hotel appears to also own a restaurant around the corner and you are given a voucher to go and eat there. My complaint would be that breakfast consisted of a coffee and a croissant. Although both were very nice, I would have expected considerably more (we toured Europe as part of the same holiday staying in 8 other hotels all of whom offered full and varied breakfasts). I would advise to not have the breakfast option and eat elsewhere - the room though was great!

The B&B Hotel is a perfect place to stay. The very kind administrator Fabrizio received us personally. Very close to the train track. The Hotel has no reception but it is not necessary. At the time of arrival they explain everything. It includes continental breakfasts. It is very central to everything, you can walk to the main attractions. Our room had a view of the colosseum. The room is space and clean. It has two restaurant outside that can have dinner or lunch.
