Dubious about this hotel having read some reviews. Booked by family as a gift for my 50th. Stayed in double room in the annex. Room was clean, great shower lots of hot water. Dubious about this hotel having read some reviews. Booked by family as a gift for my 50th. Stayed in double room in the annex. Room was clean, great shower lots of hot water. Asked for a fan and extra pillows which were provided in minutes. Tv mostly Italian channels but managed to find an English movie most nights. No noise from other rooms or street. Cleaned every day. Had fridge, hairdryer and basic amenities. Had to pay for mini fridge but didn’t bother as shop next door which was cheap and had most snack tho ha needed. Staff polite and helpful. Annex secure and locked at night with access for guests. Would recommend to family and friends and so close to most of the sights

Just back after 4 night stay and the hotel was perfect for break. We stayed in annex which was no problem. The room was clean, warm with excellent bathroom. We found all dealings with staff friendly, informative and very professional. Very big thank you to young man on morning of 28 Nov - we had early taxi at 6.30 am for excursion- he came out out kitchen and gave my wife and I beautiful croissants although kitchen was closed - I think he was called giovanni. Also shout out to Andrea on reception and Red in the bar. The hotel is perfect for location - walk to all sights within 15- 20 minute stroll with the exception of Vatican - metro was handy for this. There is also abundance of bars and eateries within walking distance. lovely little coffee bar right next to hotel for early morning starts. Rome was fantastic and would definitely stay here again. We recently stayed at this hotel and were absolutely delighted with our experience. The breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options. From freshly baked pastries and fruits to hot dishes, it catered to all tastes and left a lasting impression. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and tastefully decorated with modern touches. Everything was impeccably clean, and the beds, along with the linens, ensured a truly restful sleep. Additionally, the room amenities, such as a coffee maker, minibar, and complimentary Wi-Fi, made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel’s gym was well-equipped with modern machines and had ample space for exercising. We were impressed by its cleanliness and the excellent condition of the equipment. The view from the gym area added a refreshing touch, making it the perfect way to start the day. The location of the hotel was another major highlight. It is conveniently situated near many points of interest, including museums, restaurants, shops, and public transportation, making it an ideal choice for both tourists and business travelers. Overall, this hotel offers an excellent combination of great amenities, comfort, and a prime location. We highly recommend it!

“First visit to Rome”

We stayed at the Rome Times Hotel for 3 nights in November. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated and the attention to detail was amazing. The staff overall were very helpful too. Our room was nicely appointed with a covered roof terrace too but the room itself was a little dark, so lights were necessary even during daytime. There was a minibar in the room but the prices were exorbitant . 5 euros for a small bag of crisps, or a can of coke. Tea and coffee was supplied in the room but with paper cups and a wooden stirrer, so not keen on that to be honest. The shower was inside the bath with no adjusting pole to change the height of the handheld shower so that was a nuisance in itself, and no handrail to support you when you were trying to get out after you’d finished. Our hotel was booked and paid on a bed and breakfast basis but unfortunately we found the food very disappointing. No artisan bread just bog standard brown or white sandwich bread. The toaster was useless, Poor selection of croissants just plain and choc chip. Cold boiled eggs and cold slices of omelette were on offer together with warm scrambled eggs that resembled wall paper paste. I think the scrambled egg may have been made with powdered egg as I’ve never seen any that looked like that before. Absolutely gross. Streaky bacon and Italian sausage and ham and cheese. Such a shame because I chose this hotel after reading good reviews of the food on Tripadvisor. We could have paid for fried eggs or omelettes freshly made but as you’ve already paid for your breakfast when you booked you don’t expect to have to pay again Would we stay here again probably not but having said that it was well situated and close to many bars and restaurants
