“Lovely well located hotel”
This is situated a short walk from the Spanish steps and many other of the other great attractions that Rome has. This is situated a short walk from the Spanish steps and many other of the other great attractions that Rome has. Our room was fine although not as big as some that are here but more than served our purpose for a 3 night stay. The only downside was the lack of drawer space so we lived out of the suitcase. There’s no reception but access is very easy. Very sensible price for the location, would definitely recommend

Excellent stay at Residenza Frattina. The decor is lovely and the location is brilliant. Excellent stay at Residenza Frattina. The decor is lovely and the location is brilliant. It’s within easy walking distance to all the main attractions, the closest being the Spanish steps which were a 2 minute walk away. Our room was clean, with complimentary water and snacks daily. The only downside is the street could be a little noisy, the hotel have done all they can do reduce noise - double doors and heavy curtains. It is not so bad to put us off staying again. The hotel is surrounded by great restaurants. There is no one on site daily but the communication from the hotel regarding check in / out was great and any questions we had answered quickly by Whats app. Will definitely be back

“Great location, unique hotel experience”
This was a very unique hotel. We stayed in an apartment and it was very spacious, very clean. There was no reception but were always able to contact a representative. The location was perfect - very close to all the shopping and Spanish Steps. Loved the hotel and would stay again.

Quite disappointing. In a good position, but tiny room and uncomfortably small bathroom. Also no breakfast, despite what our booking voucher said. Quite disappointing. In a good position, but tiny room and uncomfortably small bathroom. Also no breakfast, despite what our booking voucher said. Booked by travel agent so we did not know that there was no reception and online check in - quite confusing. Lift did not go to our floor so we had to carry bags up 4 flights of stairs - that was difficult. I would however mention that it was very clean and staff that we did meet were friendly.
