We arrived around 11am, we were greet at the door and could access our room straight away. Rooms are just as the photos suggest, very clean and contempoary. We stayed in a deluxe room which had a shared patio area which was nice to relax on in an evening (never saw the guests from the other room). Continental breakfast was included and you could help yourself to anything. Osman the gentleman who served breakfast was really helpful, as were all the staff, nothing was too much trouble. I'd emailed in advance with a few queries this was answered very quickly, I'd asked about tea making facilities and a kettle was provided as we arrived. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom, along with a few toiletries and plenty of clean towels. The bed was really comfy, essential after walking around a very busy city! It's located n a nice road and most places are within walking distance. Plenty of places to eat nearby and a supermarket next door. Would definitely stay again.

Describing the rooms as “luxury rooms” is really over the top and a lot of information from the hotel is inaccurate. Negative: - “HOTEL”: it’s not a hotel. It’s a bed and breakfast without room service and a reception that is sometimes there, but sometimes they’re gone. It’s located in an office / apartment building next to the supermarket “coop” and you really have to pay attention to the signs because unlike a normal hotel, you could overlook it quite easily. Also, contrary to what they state on different web pages, you CANNOT get coffee or tea after breakfast in the common area. And the hotel DOES NOT have a coffee shop. - BREAKFAST: the breakfast is really bad, unless you only want to eat dessert for breakfast. The only bread they had was toast, there was nothing warm such as scrambled eggs or bacon, so if you want to have a proper breakfast, you should probably go out (I recommend “D’Angelo Caffè”, 2 minutes walking distance - amazing breakfast and coffee!) - ROOMS: the rooms were really dark and we changed the room after two nights because the shower in the first room was next to the bed (not in the bathroom), which was really strange - NOISE: contrary to the description of the hotel, the walls seem to be very thin and it was really loud when people walked in and out of the hotel Positive: - LOCATION: we actually really liked the location because it wasn’t in a completely tourist-y area so we were still able to get reasonably priced local food. The hotel is right next to a supermarket and in between a great coffee shop / breakfast place (D’Angelo Caffè), one of Rome’s best gelaterias (Gelateria La Roma) and a really amazing pizza place (Pinsera). Also there were buses to all major sightseeing sports right in front of our door. - TERRACE: we tried our luck and requested a balcony and from our room we had access to a small rooftop terrace, shared with another room. Great to have a cigarette or have a beer. - BED: we actually slept quite comfortably on the beds. - STAFF: The staff was really nice and recommended many great places. All in all, it was alright. I’m not sure if you can actually get a room this modern in Rome unless you’re willing to pay much more.

Also expect the room to look little more basic than on the pictures. + check in is at 11:00 but if you come on time you will need to wait for your room to get ready. Maybe 2 hours like we do. At the end of the day - good value for money.
