On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“We really loved this place - felt genuine”
My son and I had a great stay and will be back. Don’t be worried about the entrance though! Giovanni was super helpful and friendly and our stay felt like an authentic experience. Room was clean and spacious. We loved the location - hard to beat with everything nearby and a lovely evening atmospher… more

“Love the hotel, not the room.”
Third time of staying here. Booked only a few months ago, so were happy to get the booking. Unfortunately at 14 square metres space, hardly room to move about. The view is still wonderful. Third time of staying here. Booked only a few months ago, so were happy to get the booking. Unfortunately at 14 square metres space, hardly room to move about. The view is still wonderful. On the downside, the lower paintwork was also looking a bit tired. All that said, Piazza Navona is the place to be, people watching, all the action in the Piazza even when raining is a sight to behold. Some have mentioned the breakfast, it is a pain regarding the 09.15hrs start time, but croissants, toast, tea, orange juice and jam, there is plenty to enjoy. We would definitely book again.

Telephone not in the room,Fridge not working.toilet flush system broke and lastly day before we leave they told us in the morning that we can not use toilet as we stopped the water ,just like that,atleast gave us 10 min to go to toilet or tell us in advance.Breakfast had fixed menu.coffee,one hard bread with butter jam and microwaved croissant.No sign of hotel you can see and no one knew it.ThankGod a restaurant chef called Giovanni and he let us come in .only number 71 is written on guest house.If taxi dropped you where Fountains are on your right side then you can see a buiding on left with 71 number,it has wall creepers.Free coffee we can make.
