Beautiful staff who went above and beyond. Nothing was ever to much . Very friendly and welcoming. Reception staff were just brilliant 100% recommend. Clean and cheerful housekeeping staff. Thank you for making our stay a delightful one.

Hotel was lovely inside, staff were very friendly helped with anything you need overall would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a nice place to stay that is easy to get to the town and quiet in the evening, rooftop terrace was a nice touch

I cannot fault this hotel At all. When you pull up it is abit of a shock. But honestly looks are so desieving! The hotel very clean, the staff is so friendly. When we arrived we was greeted by marco! He was so lovely couldn’t do enough for us . It was 38c we was very hot and he offered us water and gave us loads of information on how to get to the center of Rome and buses and trains etc. The room was lovely again for what we paid we couldn’t fault it. The breakfast was ok for what you’re paying, the coffee was lovely. One women in the reviews put they don’t refill the breakfast once things have been ate. That’s a lie, the lady how deals with breakfast is constantly cleaning and refilling items. They have, boiled eggs, loads of types Of breads, yogurts, cereals, salads, fruit, cheeses, hams, juices coffees, cakes there is something for everyone. It’s ok to get some fuel before heading off out. When going on a city break it’s what you make of it. Another lady in the reviews has moaned about buses and the road. Yes you’re on a busy road but honestly we don’t hear anything and our room was on the front of the hotel. The bus is quite easy, cost us about 85c to get into Rome. Yes it’s about 10 stops but for 85c and the bus is aircon you can’t moan. This is also right outside the hotel so you can get the bus from out side and get dropped back outside again. The only downfall out fridge wasn’t working but you can’t win them all. We wasn’t told about the city tax this cost us around 7.50 euro a day each person it was around £50. But it wasn’t the hotels fault they are doing what they are told to do. But I wish the company we booked with told us this. You have a little shop supermarket which is 2 min walk. You have Burger King which is 5 mins walk. You have quite a few restaurants around and again can get anywhere really. Down stairs is lovely quite chilled, you can sit down there have a drink and a smoke if you smoke. Drinks are quite cheap. And they are always freezing cold. The staff are honestly lovely and will always help. Also if your going to book anything book online, don’t go out and buy tickets it costs too much and people will try rip you off in Rome. Don’t let peoples reviews put you off. For the money you can’t go wrong. I think they expect gold and paying silver money!

“Decent enough for your first stay in Rome”

This hotel is good for a short stay. It definitely serves its purpose for a city break. The exterior, lobby area and rooftop are all lovely. We felt the room was rather run down. This hotel is good for a short stay. It definitely serves its purpose for a city break. The exterior, lobby area and rooftop are all lovely. We felt the room was rather run down. Bits needed some TLC for sure. The bathroom was not good. Shower did not have a door so it was impossible not to flood the room. The snick was leaking and the solution was only to put a bin underneath. The shower didn’t look very clean and it was also broken so it was very difficult to have a good shower. On our last day the toilet also broke and stopped flushing. The morning staff were very polite and helpful and welcomed us with water and a map. We did find that the evening staff was quite stressed. Made us not want to go to the bar and order drinks as it was one person on reception and the bar and every time you order they seemed passive aggressive and like they didn’t want to serve. We would have bought a lot more drinks if it was less awkward. Breakfast was okay for a start to the day. Standard continental selection and the coffee was good. Enjoyed taking this to the rooftop in the sun before our day. The location is okay. About 15/20 mins from the centre in a taxi which did pile up to quite a lot of money so for this we would probably book more central next time, however it was a decent place to stay for our intro to Rome. I think with some attention to certain aspects this could be a great hotel!
