On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.

Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Very good”
The location is very good. It is very close to Termini and walking distance to main Rome attractions. The breakfast was very good. There are a lot of restaurants and supermarkets in the vicinity. If the price is ok, I would stay again. I think that this place deserve better rating on Tripadvisor.

Hotel location if not bad, because there is a train station very close to it. But on the other hand you have to walk for at least 25 minutes to get to some tourist attractions. We stayed there for one night in May. There were four of us in the room and the room was definitely too small for all of us. You couldn’t walk properly or open a suitcase in the room. The beds were very close together and you actually couldn’t move at all. The room didn’t look dirty but the sheets were definitely very old and smelled bad. The breakfast was amazing and had a lot to choose from. The elevator was pretty old and some people got stuck in it because the fire alarm went off by mistake. When someone accidentally turned on the alarm it went on and off for about an hour which was really unpleasant since we weren’t sure what was happening. The staff was nice, especially the body guards were very kind.
