“Great location, helpful staff”
It is a small guesthouse on the third floor of a building on a busy street. I took the tiny elevator with my luggage but used the stairs otherwise. The neighbourhood felt very safe even at night. It is a small guesthouse on the third floor of a building on a busy street. I took the tiny elevator with my luggage but used the stairs otherwise. The neighbourhood felt very safe even at night. It is a short walk to the train station and the Basilica of St. Mary Major with one of the holy doors is a few doors down. My room overlooked the busy street but I slept well - it was pretty quiet. The staff was very lovely and helpful. Laura was in touch before I arrived to insure easy entry. I wanted to try artichokes and Laura found me a restaurant and made me a reservation. The breakfasts were simple but just what I needed to get the day started - Elena (?sp) made cappuccinos and took good care of me. I would stay there again. I enjoyed the personal touch of a smaller establishment.

“Great location and very delicious breakfast!”
Perfect for families with connecting rooms. Very clean and the breakfast was delicious! The location is near the railway station which makes airport transportation easy and great if you want to make excursions. Walking distance to all the famous sights.

This lovely guesthouse is nicely situated for exploring Rome, with short walks to most of the big sights. It’s situated on the third floor of an old apartment building, which gives the guesthouse a unique and intimate feeling, taking only a handful of guests at a time. The breakfast area reflected this in particular, and the attentive lady (who spoke about as much English as we spoke Italian - very little!) who ran the area was very welcoming. My partner and I were made to feel very welcome when we arrived and throughout our stay. The room was airy and very comfortable, with a fridge and a small balcony. Breakfast was typically continental but served with a lovely Italian coffee. It was certainly a good start to a days exploration.
