On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.

Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Good place to stay in Rome”
Very clean. You leave in the center but street noize will not bother you if you close the window. Location is perfect - 3 mins to Terminy. You have a few supermarkets around. Easy to walk to all main places to see in the city. Staff is friendly.

The important thing about a hotel is what you expect to get out of your hotel. If you’re the type to be looking just for a clean comfy bed to sleep in at night on your trip then Hotel Max is perfect for you, as it was for us. Everyday the room is cleaned and freshened, yes it is on a busy street but the windows shut tight and you can barely hear the noise. All reception staff were friendly and helpful. We learnt fast in Rome to see the main attractions in relative peace you need to be out and moving by 6am, therefore we never encountered the breakfast and cannot comment. A stones throw from the train station and easy to walk to the main attractions too. (Advice for eating out. Read trip advisor on all places before entering. Plenty of tourist traps around. Eat where the locals eat. Better food, better prices, better service).

We have just stayed here for 3 nights and we both slept very well, even missed breakfast each morning as we slept in! The room is not big but big enough the the two of us. Nice and clean and bright. Only thing I would fault is the size of the shower my husband is not the smallest and he just about squeezed himself into the shower. Near train and bus station, coming from airport get express train to Rome then only a few minutes walk, much cheaper than getting a taxi. We ate at Rosy’s a few times which is just round corner very good food and service. We enjoyed our stay.

Place is close to Termini and around 20 minutes walk from Colosseum. Price is low but standard is not high I must say. Place should be a bit more clean, breakfast in covid time looks more like snacks than breakfast. Inside time stopped in 90'. If you are a bit bigger person you might struggle to fit in the shower. If you going there for short stay you will be fine. But if you planning to stay for a week I would recommend some other place.
