On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

Stayed there for one night. The hotel is a bit difficult to find, but i found the rooms and set up to be extremly cute. The room was small quiet , but tastefully decorated, with a mix of ornate furnitures, bright curtains. The bathroom was small but spacious. It was like utilising a small space to the best of its abilities. The staff was quite friendly. we arrived at the hotel around 1:00, there was no one in the reception area, and the main entrance was locked. We called the phone number provided , and were assured 20 mins wait, which was exactly the duration, before we were checked in. We had informed the hotel of an evening arrival, but turned up early, so we were not expected. The mother daughter duo gave me and my husband a very warm welcome. Giorgina ( the daughter , who spoke english ) showed us and directed us the various points of interest in Rome, even though she understood it was not our first visit. We had asked for breakfast which was quite a nice one, delivered to our room at the time requested. The hotel is situated near bus stops, and a taxi stand ,Piazza Republican and its metro is at a walkable distance, the shopping mall La Rinascente just a block away. A lot of pizzerias, restaurants are in the neighbourhood. The only problem was the cleaning lady, she had a time of her own , which u need to abide, even if that means leaving the room in ur pyjamas and waiting in the lobby till she finished her cleaning. It was a sunday when we checked out, sadly we didnt get to meet Giorgina or her Mother, or anyone at the reception , just the maid ,who was waiting to shoo us away. We even called the number to let them know we were checking out, but the number was switched off :(
