The jewel of this hotel is the staff! Shoutout to Dylan and Stefano. All the staff go above and beyond to provide excellent service. Try the breakfast, and if you have trouble with the room key, just ask for help, there's a unique door lock, but it's automated. Very close to the train station, so lively area, but set off enough where it isn't too loud at night. Good location to head to anywhere you want to go in Rome! Clean rooms.

“You won’t go wrong here !”
Superb hotel, location and facilities, only gripe would be the bar didn’t open till 5.30 lol. Staff were so friendly and informative, our suite was small but with a huge terrace ! Bathroom was amazing and bed very comfy. Concierge very helpful and informative, maid service 10/10

“Rome Stay”
Practical choice but realise that Termini is not the epicentre of Rome. Hotel a few streets from Termini. If arriving from Fiumicino, enter the main station to reach the hotel as the nearest exit from Leonardo Express requires a full circumnavigation of the station.

My husband and I stayed at the Leonardo for 5 nights during mid-February. The location is very handy, a few minutes from the main train station and Metro. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean and the bed and pillows were super-comfy. Our kettle didn't work on day 1, but we told the reception staff the next mornning, and it was all working ok by the time we returned from our day out. Breakfast was good but as we are both non-meat-eaters, our options were slightly limited (but we're a little used to that when we travel!) We finally succumbed to the sweet pastry section, and they were to die for! The bar and 'lounge' area are nice and the cocktails really good, with plenty of complementary bar snacks which were a nice touch. I used the gym a few times - it's small but had everything I needed. We didn't try the sauna or the jacuzzi (on the roof terrace) but we went to have a look and they both looked clean and well-maintained. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay again.
