“Great experience!”
Great location to historical sites, restaurants and shops. Staff was beyond accommodating, helpful and pleasant. Breakfast is PERFECT and their coffee is delicious. Great feeling of being home! Thank you! I hope I can be back and will definitely recommend to friends and family!

“Nice Hotel good location”
This is a small hotel with a great location about a block from the U.S. Embassy clean, quite they have a very professional staff that is helpful in making sure you do not overspend on extracurricular activities. The breakfast is included which is very good

“Cool and comfortable stay !”
It was our first visit to Roma we came from lebanon , it was a lovely stay , my husband and i loved everything!; I highly recommend Residenza dei principi for its cozy and clean rooms, friendly staff, serene atmosphere and excellent location.

I stayed for only one night prior to leaving Rome and I was happy with my choice. Positives: 1. Customer service and staff are attentive and professional 2. Nice, spacious room (I stayed in the Vanilla room) 3. Location: quiet plaza but close to Republicca and Termini stations 4. Clean, safe and secure To improve: Only one thing: the B&B is located on the fifth floor of a mixed used charming building that has apartments and offices. Some residents and visitors forget to close the elevator floor and twice I had to schlep my shopping and stuff up five floors. Nothing to do with the hotel but to be aware. I have never stayed in a hotel like this and found the facilities and my room convenient to a short stay in Rome. I will definitely be back!

We wanted to be close to the train station for an early morning trip even though friends said this district was not safe at night. We wanted to be close to the train station for an early morning trip even though friends said this district was not safe at night. It is not an easy walk dragging luggage on crowded sidewalks and not an easy place to spot. I was uneasy about staying a place without a 24 hour front desk though if you're used to airbnb, maybe not. Someone is there when you arrive and will give you keys. Then you're on your own. The room was basic, pleasant enough. Clean. It is up several flights with several other "residenzas" on the floor but we never saw another person there. The Mercado Central is close for good food and not far to the Duomo and other sights.
