“Lovely safe, clean and convenient stay.”
I stayed for two nights with my young son. I was so pleased with the location, as it was just a short walk from the main train station. We also walked to the collessum. I stayed for two nights with my young son. I was so pleased with the location, as it was just a short walk from the main train station. We also walked to the collessum. The hop on hop off bus stop was also round the corner. The room was gorgeous with a very comfy bed, plenty of space and a lovely high stone ceiling. It was perfectly clean. The reception is a little room off the pavement and then you are led through a large set of doors to a larger open area with a lovely glass feature and a tiny water feature with turtles. You then take the stairs or lift to your apartment/room. We got the questionable lift with our suitcase when we arrived, but took the stairs the rest of the time. Mikey on reception was great. He gave us a map and gave us tips on where to go. He also helped with sorting a taxi! His restaurant recommendation was superb - the restaurant opposite was the best meal we had on our holiday. When we checked out, we were able to leave our luggage in the room, and then collected it at 4pm. The stay was exceptional for the money, feeling of safety, location and friendliness. I was tempted by the hotels with a restaurant and bar, but we wouldn't have used it anyway so this was the perfect fit for us, and amazing value right in the centre of Rome.

“Lovely stay”
Lovely hotel, great staff, the rooms are clean and are spacious. The hotel is central. It is close to the main train and metro station. If i was going back to Rome, casa di amy would be my 1st choice. I cant fault any aspect of my stay at casa di amy.

We stayed in two different rooms in this apartment suite for two stays in May of two nights each, when arriving in and leaving Italy via Rome. It is very conveniently located a short walk from the Termini train station, with a Tigre supermarket nearby and plenty of eateries. The rooms are comfortable to the usual standard for rooms in Rome. We particularly valued having air-conditioning and a mini-fridge in the room, plus being able to leave our luggage with the hosts for most of the day after our second check-out. Checking in and out was all smooth and well organised save that, unknown to us in advance, the host sends after-hours check in details via WhatApp shortly before your arrival, so you need either to monitor your WhatsApp or get those details in advance. While the rooms have tea and coffee facilities, only minimal quantities of tea and coffee are provided. On the other hand, they do leave a small bottle of prosecco and a few packaged snacks for you on arrival. One small problem was that there weren't enough nearby power points in our rooms to have the fridge and all appliances plugged in at the same time, and in one of the rooms the recessed power points next to the bed would not fit some of our international power adapters.
