The breakfast served each morning were hearty and exactly what we needed before a full day of walking around Rome. The staff were extremely helpful, kind and friendly. They took the initiative to make suggestions and offer assistance. Thank you to everyone at Hotel Varese for making our stay at Rome so memorable.

“Very good experience, thanks to the manager and employees.”
Our room was small but enough for 2 people. The room was very clean and confortabile bed. Breakfast was delicios, varied , wirh products hoț and cold, sweet and salt, vegetables, juice and coffee. After checkout You can leave the luggage at the hotel as long as You need.

“Great stay for cheep but very bad breakfast.”
we stayed in February 2024 for 4 nights. It was a great location, two minute walk from termini station. the hotel staff were very kind and accommodating, we received a kettle and iron upon request. every time we went downstairs the kind manager offered us coffee. It was a great location, two minute walk from termini station. the hotel staff were very kind and accommodating, we received a kettle and iron upon request. every time we went downstairs the kind manager offered us coffee. He was lovely. The room was clean and quiet but the shower heat wasn't great. the breakfast was not great. Everyday we would try to order our food and we would be lucky if we got 2 of the items we asked for. It was not a buffet style so when ordering you had to hope you would get your food. Wold not recommend for breakfast.

“Good for short stay”
The hotel is good for a short stay (1-2 days) and very close to the Roma Termini train station (10 min walk). It's in an area which is frequented by lower cost establishments. There are a couple smaller restaurants nearby including a Brazilian restaurant for a change of pace from the Italian food.
