“Friendly staff & clean room”
Great location, walkable to every destination. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The waiter (Marco) and chef (didn’t catch his name) during were extremely nice, going out of their way to provide exceptional service during breakfast! Rooms were clean and quaint.

“Lovely hotel”
I highly recommend this hotel. Very skilled and hospitable staff. Everyone was very kind, there was a nice atmosphere, and the room was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is lovely. They changed at few of the options each day, so it didnt get boring. Great location for sightseeing.

“Centrally located hotel with good service”
Good location, very close to a lot of locations and many shopping options. Staff is very understanding and helpful. Very close to a pharmacy (always helpful if you're with family). Breakfast buffet is plenty to stuff yourself and be about for the day.

“Nice hotel n staff”
Nice location and courteous staff. I only stayed one night on this trip. Rooms are nice and clean. There is only one small elevator serving the place. The only complaint I have is that you could hear a lot of the street noise in the room, but other than that my stay was very nice

Great hotel. Excellent location. Many 4 stars hotels in Italy would only be 3 stars in rest of the world. This one is 4 stars. A few small thing prevent my score from being Excellent, like 2 single beds pushed together as a kingsize bed. Free coffee in the room, but no cups. Fine cutlery at breakf… more
Great hotel. Excellent location. Many 4 stars hotels in Italy would only be 3 stars in rest of the world. This one is 4 stars. A few small thing prevent my score from being Excellent, like 2 single beds pushed together as a kingsize bed. Free coffee in the room, but no cups. Fine cutlery at breakfast, but old chairs. If I go to Rome again, i will stay at this hotel again. it will be my first choice. Just outside the hotel there is public transport in both directions and 200 m to a subway station. More of the famous locations can also be reached by food within a 20-30 minuts walk.
