“Feb stay”
The rooms were clean , the staff are very welcoming and friendly the only downside is no kettle, tea ,coffee , cups or milk in room , you have to pay for it down at the bar , the school groups are rude and dirty with no manners during breakfast the staff there are amazing cleaning up after them

“Amazing hotel!”
Booked this as a package offer taking 2 rooms for 4 adults. Read negative reviews before we went and wasn’t expecting much. We’ve been completely surprised! Booked this as a package offer taking 2 rooms for 4 adults. Read negative reviews before we went and wasn’t expecting much. We’ve been completely surprised! Our rooms were amazing, spacious and clean. The bathroom was also very spacious with soap for the shower. There was air con which was good as it was still warm. There was a good space for hanging and folding clothes, as well as a fridge which kept our drinks cool for when we came back. The beds were amazing and comfy - we had such good nights sleep! We didn’t add on breakfast as we prefer to go out and about. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Only about a 5-10 minute walk from Termini station. A handful of lovely restaurants just around the corner. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely return!

“Location is good, hotel is clean, beds are hard but I've stayed in worse hotels.”
This hotel is in a good location and reasonably close to many attractions. The rooms were adequate in size and the bathroom was clean and had been upgraded (although the shower was tiny.....so don't drop the soap because there's no room to reach down to pick it up!!!) This hotel is in a good location and reasonably close to many attractions. The rooms were adequate in size and the bathroom was clean and had been upgraded (although the shower was tiny.....so don't drop the soap because there's no room to reach down to pick it up!!!) I was disturbed from sleeping by people walking around in the room above me (although I do sleep early so if you're a night owl, this won't be a deterrent.) It is an older hotel so the furnishings in the lobby reflect this but also add to the charm. The breakfast buffet is adequate and the reception staff are efficient but not particularly friendly (to be fair they were always busy with tour group arrivals and departures during my stay.) Would I stay here again???? Probably not but it wasn't the worst hotel I have stayed in so don't rule it out completely.

“Conveniently located nr Station in Rome.”
A convenient hotel 15 min walk from main railway station in Rome in need of a little updating . After being redirected for our first night to another hotel( due to overbooking?) on our return our upgraded junior suite was a great room. Breakfast was buffet style and plenty of options available.
