Una estancia magnifica! Es un hotel familiar y muy acogedor a una corta distancia del centro de Roma. Los dueños, Jean y su marido, son unas personas muy cariñosas y cercanas. Un trato inigualable y te hacen sentir como si estuvieses en tu propia casa. Las habitaciones son muy acogedoras y tienen todo lo necesario para tu estancia. Lo recomiendo totalmente y, cuando volvamos a Roma, sin pensármelo reservaré con ellos. It is a very cozy family hotel a short distance from the center of Rome. The owners, Jean and her husband, are very loving and close people. An unbeatable treatment and they make you feel as if you were in your own home. The rooms are very cozy and have everything you need for your stay. I totally recommend it and, when we return to Rome, without thinking I will book with them. Thank you very much for this wonderful 5 day stay.

A very warm welcome and an individual approach to each guest. A very warm welcome and an individual approach to each guest. The owners do everything to ensure that the guests are satisfied (there are only 11 rooms in the hotel, you are a "client" in this hotel, not a "serial number"). Very cozy, quiet, pleasant atmosphere. Very clean and quiet hotel. Rooms are cleaned regularly and well. The mattresses are very comfortable, the rooms are large, there is a wardrobe, hangers, there is space for suitcases, there is a place to sit (chairs, table, sofas). There are all the amenities: we had a huge bathroom, a hair dryer. High water pressure, hot water 24/7, quick drain. The room has a small refrigerator, TV, safe, air conditioner (quite powerful), heating battery, window to the patio (opens). The hotel occupies one (second) floor of a 4-storey building, there is a small lift (for two + suitcases), there are only 3 low flat steps to the lift. The location is fantastic, next to Santa Maria Maggiore. Very quiet and comfortable area, all amenities around: supermarkets (until 21:00), pharmacies, cafes (from 7:00), bars, restaurants (until 24:00), you can find everything you need right on the place, close to everything, all attractions are within walking distance (up to 2 km). We were 12 nights. We highly recommend it. A rare find for the old town. Boris and Inna, Haifa, Israel.

This is such a rare find: a family-run hotel in the very heart of the city that is close to everything but also with such a personal touch. My host, Jean, was so attentive to my needs & was incredibly helpful and friendly at all times. I felt like I was home from home & this is a rare thing when travelling to a new place. Also, Jean's recommendations were excellent, especially the trattoria around the corner (Attica Boheme) which has the best tiramisu ever! Book here for a unique experience of wonderful hospitality!

We have been coming to this hotel since 2007, July 2021 being our most recent. Why do we keep returning to the same hotel when in Rome there are so many options?. Well that’s easy, Jean and Luigi and their daughter Mariana and their staff. I hate to use the word staff because it feels like family and they make you feel like you are a member too. Your are greeted at the door with a warm smile. Your comfort is their top priority. They go out of their way to make your visit to rome memorable with restaurant recommendations, tour suggestions, directions to where you want to go. Rooms are adequate, breakfast typical, rates very fair. Emails are answered in a timely manner. The location is perfect. Close but not too close to termini train station. Across the street from Santa Maria Maggiore. This was not our last visit to hotel Giuliana. Looking forward to our return!

Close to train terminal, sightseeing spots and restaurants.
