What a fantastic hotel in a really good area of Rome. Myself, husband and 16 year old daughter stayed here for 3 nights at the end of Sept 2019. The staff are wonderful, they cannot help you enough and were very pleasant saying hello whenever you passed or left to leave the hotel. It was a small and very personal hotel. The room was fantastic, really big and spotless clean. Everyday when we returned there was fresh crossiant's left for us for the morning with jam, tea and coffee. There is a mini bar in the room and this is all in a good sized fridge. We bought drinks and snacks from the local shops and kept these in the fridge with no issues. The metro and public bus services are also great - very cheap to jump on and off as you visit the different sights and the nearest metro is only a couple of mins walk up the street. There is a rooftop garden and I cannot stress how nice this is, we came back around 9ish in the evening from long days of sight seeing and dinner and sat up here with our drinks. It was so pleasant. Please visit the Gran Sasso Restaurant round the corner it is brilliant. So reasonably priced and they make you feel really welcome. Just along the street is a whole area of shops, restaurants and bar's with plenty of choice. I would 100% stay in this hotel again when returning to Rome and I cannot recommend it enough.

The suite was beautifully decorated and very complete. The AC worked very well which was truly a blessing with outside temperatures of about 40 degrees Celsius. The friendly and most of all enthusiastic staff did their utmost to give us all the information we needed to have a great stay in Rome. The location is okay if you don't mind not having too many shops around. There were several coffee corners nearby where you could have a nice breakfast and the subway station and a mini market were within walking distance. All in all we loved the hotel, the room, the staff and the location. We hope to come back some day.

We arrived at the hotel not sure what to expect but honestly the room was lovely. Basic but clean and comfortable. The beds were bigger than expected which was fab. The bathroom was also bigger than expected and had a powerful shower which is a must after walking round rome all day. The staff were fantastic and pleasant from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. We were always greeted with a hello and goodbye when coming and going from the hotel. Sadly we never had chance to venture up to the rooftop as we were super busy the whole time we were there. The area itself was lovely, no bother from anyone and couldn't hear a thing once in the room. We felt safe walking around the area of the hotel and would definitely rebook if we ever go back.

I stayed here for the final night of my visit to Rome, choosing it because it's near enough to Termini for me to travel back to the airport early on my departure day. Overall I was very impressed with this hotel. For a very reasonable price, our room was a four room suite with wooden panel walls and tiled floors. On entry there was a corridor with a little kitchen at the side with a kettle and a minibar. Then there were two bedrooms with double beds, and a large bathroom with a shower and jacuzzi bath. For what we paid, honestly I couldn't have asked for any more. There's only two small issues I noticed. Firstly, there was air conditioning in the suite but it was based in the entrance hall and I found that it didn't circulate into the bedrooms as well as it could have done, so the bedrooms were a little bit muggy to sleep in. My second criticism was that you are given a keycard to your room but it doesn't open the main door to the hotel - you have to ring the doorbell and the person on reception buzzes you back in. This made me a bit nervous to go out at night, as on arrival I had to wait quite awhile for the person on reception to come and check me in. Fortunately I got back relatively early and didnt have any issues getting back in, but I would have felt more comfortable if my keycard opened the main door of the hotel too. The location of the hotel is about 30min walk from Termini but it's really quick on the Metro, and the Metro will take you to the Colosseum within 15mins also without having to change. There's a good selection of restaurants around Termini to eat at. All in all, this was an excellent hotel and I would definitely stay again
