It is a beautiful hotel, very well maintained friendly and professional front desk staff eager to help you if you need any assistance. Comfortable beds, spacious and clean bathroom. The hotel is very close to Termini Station, accessible as a starting point to explore the city. Stayed in this hotel for a night then left for Florence. Was due to come back for another 2 nights after Florence. I left a luggage with them. Hotel is clean and i appreciate that it comes with body lotion in the toilet. Reception staff are very friendly. Breakfast is simple but decent enough. Hotel is abt 6mins walk from metro Termini and the train station. Lots of restaurants nearby. Is walking distance to various tourist sites and also the shopping area.

Rome was the first stop on our honeymoon, and the staff at Hotel Diocleziano really made us feel special. They were extremely friendly and helpful with pointing out places to try, and they even gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne and fruit to celebrate. The hotel is also located in a perfect location for travel through Roma Termini train station - about a 5 minute walk away.

My husband and I actually travelled here several years ago. We had a wonderful stay - such nice staff and a great location. We had booked it again, for a trip in December, but our plans changed. I emailed the hotel to cancel, and received a quick and kind response confirming the cancellation. It is nice to know that you are dealing with a real human, and not some computer - so I could be sure of the cancellation and no charges. If our plans bring us back to Rome, we will be sure to stay with these kind people.

“Safe, chill and perfect home base.”
I went here for one night as part of my journey back to the states. Everything was clean, safe and the staff was beyond lovely. I will be coming here next year. I was with my young child and was glad to be in this space - a very short walk to everything!
