“Beautiful hotel, amazing staff.”
The hotel was beautiful as soon as you walked in the lobby, the reception staff were welcoming and also very helpful with any queries we had. The hotel was beautiful as soon as you walked in the lobby, the reception staff were welcoming and also very helpful with any queries we had. They also went above and booked taxi’s for us rather than having us figuring it out ourselves. Our room was clean and every morning they came in and changed the sheets and towels and stocked the fridge which was such a lovely bonus they give you complimentary Pepsi , water and crisps every morning in your fridge. Gave you a great head start for water during the day. The breakfast was so tasty and the coffee was great. I ate my weight in pastries every morning! The rooftop bar for cocktails at night was phenomenal such a lovely atmosphere and the bar staff were great. I honestly cannot fault our hotel at all. They kept our bags stashed for us after check out as we had all day to go until our flight at night ( they did not charge us for this). It’s close to loads of lovely restaurants and shops and close to the tourist sites. Right next to a stop for their hop on hop off buses to. Amazing hotel and great staff.

The room was as advertised and kept clean and tidy by housekeeping on a daily basis. The mini bar was topped up daily. The free breakfast was plentiful and fresh and continental as you'd expect. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. On initially arriving at the hotel they made us aware of the city (tourist) tax requirement which allowed us to budget our Euros according. Thank you all to the staff at Hotel Diana for a lovely break.

The hotels location is good also and within easy reach of bus & train station which is about 5 mins away. Within walking distance of Colosseum, Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, Pantheon & Piazza Navona all within a 30min walk. Breakfast at the Hotel was plentiful With choices ranging from Cereal to hot food. Staff were friendly & welcoming. All in all good value for money & would definitely return. Thank you all at the Diana roof top Hotel.

Lovely hotel clean and well looked after. Our room was lovely the bed was comfortable the shower was great. Lovely hotel clean and well looked after. Our room was lovely the bed was comfortable the shower was great. Unfortunately the biggest downside for us was that the hotel overbooked us and shoved us in a best western over the road which was ok but the breakfast was poor and the atmosphere was not Italian! Along with the hassle of having to move back and forth and not being able to just relax it really let the whole experience down after a long journey! They also failed to refill the complimentary fridge on the last day we had to ask twice! Overall the hotel was lovely but because of the disruption I can’t score them any higher on this occasion. Rooftop bar was beautiful! View was lovely!

The hotel in the reception looked beautiful, however the staff where very closed off/rude. They upped the tourist tax from £28 to £30 each person at the end of a 4 night stay. The hotel in the reception looked beautiful, however the staff where very closed off/rude. They upped the tourist tax from £28 to £30 each person at the end of a 4 night stay. With no 'thank you for staying' or 'safe flight' so on so forth. The room was not as clean as would like, found an old acrylic nail by the bed. We're aware the hotel is in the city but the view is of the bins. The bins are done throughout the night so sleep is a struggle. The photos they use to advertise were a beautiful roof top garden , however all the views were blocked off by rooftop fences. Breakfast is disgusting, no change either day. Wouldn't expect wonders from an included breakfast but it nearly inedible. Make sure to confirm what room your getting before you go, some are refurbed and some are maroon with old carpet. Asked staff to help with TV as wasnt working, they shrugged and said it was the wifi and it was down across the street , was working on all of our phones fine. Would not help or compensate in any way. Very very poor for a 4 star rated hotel
