“Customer service 5 stars”
The staff were amazing, The lady on reception went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable. The rooms were very clean and we loved the decor. “Centrally placed hotel ”
We stayed in this hotel for 2 days...then 1 day while coming back to my country...this hotel is just opposite the rome termini station..the staff was very polite n helpful..specially Mathias n rocko...we reached early morning n the rooms were not ready so we left our bags n left for our sightseeing… more

“Good value for money”
The room and bathroom were clean. Staff very friendly. Perfect location. Breakfast was fine. Only one thing bad was the bed was hard. Perfect for a few days in Rome.
