“Ensure your accommodation details”
I stayed at this hotel for the second time - last was February 2020. I booked direct and asked for a specific room if possible and a twin bedded. I did inform the accommodation I would be arriving around 10pm. Reception was closed and we went to the restaurant next door. We were given a double, not… more
I stayed at this hotel for the second time - last was February 2020. I booked direct and asked for a specific room if possible and a twin bedded. I did inform the accommodation I would be arriving around 10pm. Reception was closed and we went to the restaurant next door. We were given a double, not suitable for two guys and had to wait over 40 minutes for someone to come and sort out. Firstly the manager was going to ask us to leave, a mis-understanding, I think. He wanted money up front and sorted out the accommodation. His attitude was not hospitable - the hotel do not do breakfast in the rooftop and you are given a voucher for a pastry and coffee at a cafe 400 metres away. It is close to the metro/Termini but too expensive for a two star. I will not return and do not recommend.
