“200% knowledge of guests services!”
This hotel has a 200% knowledge about guest services. It is not a luxury hotel, it is a regular hotel with all the amenities and breakfast included, clean rooms, a terrace on the 5th floor that is great to have breakfast there, and very close to restaurants and shops. This hotel has a 200% knowledge about guest services. It is not a luxury hotel, it is a regular hotel with all the amenities and breakfast included, clean rooms, a terrace on the 5th floor that is great to have breakfast there, and very close to restaurants and shops. The most important thing is that Dounia makes you feel great since you enter the reception area. I asked her for an electronics shop because I thought I lost my mobile charger, and she immediately gave me a charger to use during my stay without hesitation! Fortunately, I found mine and gave her back the other charger. We had an issue with the hotel besides them, and when we entered the Columbia reception area and found Dounia, she changed our mindset about Roma, being this our first visit to Roma we started better then. All Columbia personnel in reception area had good communication with guests, but Dounia was special with us. So sweet! We had a really nice time in Roma. Thanks!

“Convenient location and wonderful staff!”
My husband, 20 year old son, and myself just stayed at The Columbia for 7 nites. The location is excellent - less than 10 minute walk to the Termini or Repubblica Metro stations. Close to Trevi, Spanish Steps, Opera House, and restaurants. Breakfast was basic but enough to get your day started. We … more
My husband, 20 year old son, and myself just stayed at The Columbia for 7 nites. The location is excellent - less than 10 minute walk to the Termini or Repubblica Metro stations. Close to Trevi, Spanish Steps, Opera House, and restaurants. Breakfast was basic but enough to get your day started. We stayed in the Junior Suite where the beds were firmer than I would have liked. My only complaint would be the shower area which was extremely tiny and made for very difficult maneuvering. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
