“Friendly, all you need accomodation”
We stayed here for a short break, it is a fabulous location so central for everything. The staff are very friendly and accomodting, a lovely continental breakfast. Our room was airy,comfortable and clean with good facilities. I would stay here again. There are numerous restaurants locally for a good reasonable meal in the evening and shops at your convenience.

“Simple and small but well located with friendly staff”
Italy has so many visitors that they do not need to be friendly with tourists. Italy has so many visitors that they do not need to be friendly with tourists. This is the general experience throughout the country but at Augustea , you will be pleasantly surprised by their friendly welcome. Good points: Good location. Next door to Repubblica station. Local convenience stores and gelato joints. Quiet despite busy street below. Rooms large for the money Have free Wifi Friendly and helpful staff eg Danieli Clean, reliable house keeping Negative points: Old and furniture showing its age Breakfast limited but more than adequate if you are simple Lift not reliable. Be prepared to haul your luggage upstairs Wifi is slow at times No water boiling, make your own tea facilities. Overall the stay was strongly positive. Hotel gets 5 stars reviewed as a budget 3 star hotel. I stayed at a hotel in Venice twice as expensive and not even as good as this.

“Excellent Location!”
Very nice people, the location was perfect! My wife notice some little bugs at the end of our stay in the room. the breakfast was ok nothing extraordinary without lactose free options. the people there were very kind.

An economic but also excellent choice to stay with adequate services. The hotel is situated in Via Nazionale which is very close to many tourist attractions and both bus and metro stations. An economic but also excellent choice to stay with adequate services. The hotel is situated in Via Nazionale which is very close to many tourist attractions and both bus and metro stations. We took a bus from the airport which left us in Termini, which is 5-10 min on foot from the hotel. Our room was very cozy, with good sound insulation, new towels and cleaning when requested. Breakfast was served between 7 and 10 am with lots of delicious croissants, while the only issue was the existence of only 5 available tables to sit and eat. However, you could take your plates to your room with no extra cost. Reception was open 24h and the staff was very friendly, with most people speaking english, Italian and spanish fluently.
