“Decent place if you are on the go traveller. Staff Barbara is helpful.”

It was a great stay for its price. I worked in hotel industry and star wise it deserves the three. It’s close to Termini by train you can choose between two stations to get to Termini but you have to change platform. I always choose €1.50 good for 100 mins. On weekends at station it will be €2.00 however if you go to pop out shop they sell ticket for $1.50. The hotel is decently clean. It doesn’t have much but decent enough to give you a good night sleep. Piece of advice if you book this hotel. If you need something like iron, hairdryer and alike just ask the reception and they are happy to provide. In fact I forgot my phone charger and for three days I was lend with the daughter’s charger. The hotel b/f is simple but common on you are paying €4 you can’t expect anything that will fill you the whole day. But it’s decent meal. The hotel is also close to the pubs and restaurant. It’s not the great avenues however for €50 per night situation agains the €175 per night common use your common sense. Did you expect to buy a cashmere for £10 ??? So me honestly, since when I wake up I just have shower and b/f I would come back to this place. Specially mention for Barbara. She is very accommodating and she in fact woke up at 4 to arrange my taxi to termini at a cot of €17.00

We have just arrived back from a 3 night stay at the Hotel Antico Acquedotto in the suburbs of Rome. Firstly this is our own experience, not to taken in context with the previous reviews. From arrival at the hotel, to our departure, we have nothing but the highest of praise for the hotel and it's extremely welcoming staff, And I hate to single anyone out specifically, but JOLA, you are a STAR. From the first time to the last, her smile and genuinely friendly greeting had you at your ease. Even though she has a basic grasp of English, she would always go above and beyond the chance to be of service to us, especially on our departure. The hotel is not a shiny modern building, but a hotel od character and charm. I requested a balcony for our room, and was pleasantly surprised when we walked in to the room to find a suntrap of a balcony, the room itself had a charm all of its own, the bed was in our opinion, the most comfortable we have ever slept in. The bathroom was small and perfectly adiquat And very clean, as was the rest of the room, after 24 hours, we agreed it's as if we were house guests in their very own home. Once you except the location as to be less that touristy, it had a charm all of its own, the Metro Pigneto was 7 minutes away, where there was a well stocked supermarket, and 5 minutes away, the best Vegan Restaurant we have ever visited. The metro was easy to navigate and cheap to use. If you wanted to walk, then within say 40 mins you would find yourself within the heart of a stunningly beautiful city. All in all, this was one of the best stays we have ever experienced. Thank you love holidays for a wonderful way to celebrate my wife's birthday. We are now looking to find a date where we can visit the wonderful hotel in the Autumn. Can I give it an impossible 11 out of 10?. And too add again, this is our experience and nothing will ever change Our opinion.

I chose this hotel because it’s not far from my family home and I am very glad I did. From the first contact via email the staff were incredibly helpful, especially Tiziana who was very kind to accommodate my dietary requirements for breakfast and room type preference. The hotel is lovely and it’s situated in a residential area of Rome close to town centre yet very local and tourist free. Thank you once again to the staff and thank you Tiziana for making me feel at home!
