“Convenient location ”
We arrived, found the name next to the relevant door buzzer and were let in. After a simple check-in process, we went across the courtyard to another building. Our room was clean and quiet. We arrived, found the name next to the relevant door buzzer and were let in. After a simple check-in process, we went across the courtyard to another building. Our room was clean and quiet. The shower water was hot, the towel warmer worked, and the room could be completely darkened. It is conveniently located very near Roma S. Piedro Station and bus 64. 64 will take you right to the Vatican, but it is also easily walked to. Our room was directly across the street from the station, but there was no loud train noises. We had a room with a private bathroom, but the bathroom is not in the room. That was a bit inconvenient because if a child got up to use the bathroom at night, an adult needed to be woken up because to unlock and relock the bathroom door. It's also not a B&B as there is no breakfast. Housekeeping is only provided upon request. I didn't realize this and was a bit bummed to return after a long day of sightseeing with two kids and not have a made-up bed. In all fairness, there is a small sign in the room that states this (that I noticed before checking out), but that piece of information could have been relayed at check-in.
