“Great Choice to Stay in Rome”
The entire front desk staff on all shifts were amazing and accommodating. The breakfast is perfect with enough selection for all tastes. The hotel is a bit older but the bathrooms have been modernized. Overall a very comfortable stay. Great choice for traveling to Rome.

Very friendly staff on arrival, room very adequate for the stay. Breakfast was always plentiful and well staffed. The bar however was a bit hit and miss. Very friendly staff on arrival, room very adequate for the stay. Breakfast was always plentiful and well staffed. The bar however was a bit hit and miss. The amazing Mara who tended the bar was lovely and friendly, it felt like she had a lot of other tasks to do within the hotel as the har was unmanned a lot of the time. On one evening we waited approximately 25 minutes to be served at the bar by an elderly man who was on duty. We went to reception to ask if the bar tender was available and was greeted by a tall bearded man who was was very abrupt and quite rude. However the rest of the staff in the hotel were charming and helpful. We did have to ask for teabags and milk for our room, and went to the restaurant to collect them. The rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard and we did enjoy our stay.

During our business trip, we stayed at the Bettoja Hotel Massimo D'Azeglio, and it was a delightful experience overall. The hotel's historic charm and beautifully decorated halls transported us back in time. The restaurant's ambiance was cozy, and the wine selection was impressive. However, we found the service a bit slow at times, which was a minor drawback. The location is perfect for exploring Rome, making it a convenient choice. We would definitely consider returning for a longer stay!
