Stayed at the Baglioni Regina in Rome for a 1 week business trip. Every aspect of the experience was outstanding. From the moment I arrived until the time I departed every member of the staff was incredibly helpful. The hotel is gorgeous, the room was beautiful and spacious, and the breakfast is served in 2 wonderful rooms. Internet connection in the room and throughout the common areas was perfect for all business needs. Dinner at the Brunello lounge and restaurant was exquisite with service that struck the perfect balance between being available and yet not bothering the diner needlessly. I was solo on a business trip and yet never felt awkward sitting alone at any meals. I cannot impress how friendly the staff was at all times.

I recently stayed with my husband in the Hotel Baglioni in Rome for 3 nights. This 5* establishment was the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Not only was the elegance and subtle grandeur of the hotel so impressive yet it was the professionalism and more importantly ,to us,the friendliness and genuine warmth of all the staff that meant so much to us. Their kindness and attention to us was really appreciated and we felt so comfortable there. The food was lovely, the breakfast filled with so much variety and in addition the sweet tones of talented harpists, certainly added to the ambiance. The bedroom was so lovely everything was spotless and the staff came twice a day to freshen it up. Location was great, just had to walk downtown to find the Trevi Fountain and other sites and there was no problem with the front of desk staff getting us prompt taxis. I would certainly highly recommend this hotel and hope to go back there some day.

We stayed at the Baglioni Regina in Rome for 5 nights. The experience we had without a doubt ranks as of our best trips. We travel quite frequently and have been around the United States as well as to multiple countries, this trip without a doubt ranks as one of the best thanks for the staff at Baglioni. From every details such as the cleaning staff at the rooms handling every little detail to ensure your room is clean, to the Concierge being available to verify or make reservations at a moments notice. The Spa is a must visit and just spending the morning in the Sauna, jacuzzi tub or steam room. Without a doubt, this hotel provides one of the best Luxury service of any hotel we have stayed at including Ritz Carltons.

My wife and I spent three wonderful nights at this hotel January 2025. Having stayed here 10 years ago we have tried a number of other hotels in Rome including the Eden Hotel and I have to say that the Baglioni is by far the best 5 star hotel we have had the pleasure to stay in. The location is perfect as it is away from the hustle and bustle and still only a short walk to all that we wanted to see, 5 mins to the Spanish steps, 15 minutes to the forum and colosseum, 20 mins to the pantheon and Piazza Novona. Around the hotel there are some excellent restaurants serving great traditional Roman cuisine, notably Peppone just around the corner and Al Vero Toscana. The Hotel is exquisite both inside and out, the guest areas are beautiful and very ornate in a traditional Italian style , understated luxury. Restaurant for breakfast is beautiful and the breakfast offering is buffet style with ala carte if required , we mainly used the buffet which was full of choice and very high quality, cooked options prepared perfectly. The bedroom was very nice indeed, spacious and luxurious with all that we needed, bathroom absolutely lovely and Acqua di Parma toiletries provided in large bottles , a nice surprise. All of the above created a very comfortable and pleasant stay but the staff were the best part of our visit, all of the staff were very attentive and genuinely friendly, nothing was too much and we were treated as VIP’s just like all of the guests, it was very obvious that the staff are very well trained and truly enjoy working in this wonderful hotel. A 5 star review really does not do justice to this fantastic establishment, we will comeback next January for our annual visit to Rome , can’t wait .
