Convenient location from Termini train station, many churches, restaurants and shops, including lookout to Colosseum via St Peter in Vincolli route. It is 5-10min walk from train station, accessible to areslas of Rome and outside Rome. If u are up for walking, you can walk to many major spots like Spanish Steps, Trevi, Roman Forum, etc. Service staff is great, especially Jayson. Breakfast is a very good variety. Bed is comfortable, sufficient befroom lighting and power plugs, plus bathroom bidet. Hotel is not big , so you dont have to deal with thick crowd especially at breakfast.

This hotel is a great location close to the train station and subway. A perfect place if you are planning your own independent sightseeing. The rooms are small, a bit antiquated, but satisfactory. The bathroom has a standup shower and bidet. Our window looked out on the busy city street, but was fairly soundproof at night. Good, quiet A/C system. The hotel definitely wowed me with their excellent breakfast buffet (included in the hotel price). A huge variety of hot North America breakfast (eggs, bacon, etc) plus fruit, cheese sliced meats, croissants and pastries. The staff was friendly and gave great service. Thanks Jason, (our breakfast server). I did occasionally have some problems with hot water with the shower and bathroom sink. It seemed to take a long time to get hot water, so I assumed it travelled from a far off water heater tank. Patience required. The room was clean. There were also two elevators in the hotel, so this was convenient to get to and from your room. A cute lobby as well and of course a bar with an impressive espresso machine on the lobby floor. A must in Italy!

Location of the hotel is near to the Roma Termini that facilitates transportation. Receptionists are not very friendly but they are helpful whenever you need. Shower cabin in a standard room has really limited space. So if you want a comfortable place you should book a superior room! I may experience if you plan an early check out or departure for any reason don’t count on pre-packed breakfast by the staff.

Good location, near the train station. Clean. But in my opinion, a 4 stars hotel should provide more than a clean bed. Our room was not big enough to allow movement. It was so tiny, that we could not open 2 small carry-ons at the same time. The luggage support was broken, and to open the window was a serious achievement. No on-site restaurant, so no "gourmet dining option" for this "4 stars"
