Me and my boyfriend visited Rome in June and we were greeted by the owner Gianfranco. He is very friendly and was very helpful. He gave us tips on where we could visit and was quick to reply whenever we needed to contact him. The bed and breakfast had everything we needed, and despite the hot weather, we slept comfortably with the AC. It is situated few minutes away by walk from the metro station and bus station and it takes only 10-15 minutes to arrive to the city centre. Highly recommended.

This is a little Roman gem! No frills, but clean, great quality mattress, affordable and easily accessible by either walking (if you like to walk) or two metro stops. Gianfranco is an excellent host! He was there waiting for us when we arrived, answered phone call when we had question about AC after hours, and stopped by to say goodbye at 7 a.m. on our way home! And he helped arrange a driver to take us to airport. Highly recommend!

Airport shuttle is offered but I declined. I thought it was cheaper on the train. ( We did take the offer BACK to the airport on departure fro 50 Euros. The B&B is very Close to the Cipro Metro Station. As soon as we arrived at Cipro station we were greeted by Gianfranco. He has such a warm and welcoming smile. The home was approx 2 mins from the metro. Once arrived Gianfranco took the time out to tell us of all the great places to go. We followed all of his suggestions and were never disappointed. The B&B is in a great location, free WIFI and breakfast ( croissants, Wonderful coffee, drinks, and yogurt) are kept in the kitchen for our use. Gianfranco is what Makes this stay exceptional. He truly was concerned about making sure that we didn't need anything. I appreciate that. It was clean, comfortable mattress and in a safe neighborhood. The locals that own a convenient store asked " Did you just move here" because we saw them so much. Not too much to eat in the area ( late) but we didn't mind hopping on the bus or the train. Plus there was an oven to heat our take away food. Thank you, Gianfranco for making us feel.... Like Family! -Cristina and kids Ciao!

Our family of eleven stayed here for two nights to see the highlights of Rome. Our host Gianfranco was so accommodating and friendly. He arranged a driver to pick us up at the airport and he was at the apartment to meet and visit with us when we arrived. It was a very convenient walk to the metro and was located between the Vatican and Coloseum. There were markets and restaurants in the neighborhood and you could easily get to the bus. Safe neighborhood. We were touring the Trevi fountain and our son and daughter-in-law arrived at he apartment. Unfortunately, we had the keys. Gianfranco kindly met them at the apartmentment to let them in in our absence, around 11PM. Wonderful man; he also showed up very early in the morning to say goodbye and take a group photo with us before we left. The apartment requires a key to get into the lobby which is a nice safety feature. There is a lift, but the apartment is only up one flight of steps. We rented all four rooms which each had its own private bath. It has a small kitchen with a fridge, sink, and coffeepot. Breakfast items were provided and was enough to get us up and running for the day. We did a walking tour of the Trestevere district which was fun, beautiful, and a lot of food. Rome is run, run, run in order to see everything - thank goodness for the comfortable beds. Would recommend this bed and breakfast to others and would return if in Rome again. Nice memories.
