“CLASS ACT!”
This wonderful old style, classic hotel is a peaceful retreat next to the beautiful parc Borghese. Rooms, with thick walls and high ceilings, have small kitchenettes, and are immaculate. This wonderful old style, classic hotel is a peaceful retreat next to the beautiful parc Borghese. Rooms, with thick walls and high ceilings, have small kitchenettes, and are immaculate. I love its location: 2mn by foot to the great museum of modern and contemporary art, la Galleria Nazionale, with bronze lions resting on its steps. It takes 10 mn by foot to go to piazza del Popolo and the Flaminia subway station. It is also very close to the Spanish steps, Gregory's Jazz Club, and via del Corso, a great shopping avenue. But what makes it very special is service: thank you Daniele, Luigi and Alessandro for being so professional and welcoming. I cannot wait to visit again!

All the staff are friendly & easy going. When it comes to breakfast there’s a lot of delicious dishes you can choose, the good thing about this hotel is good for family trip, couple and also as solo traveler. I recommend this hotel for all of you, if you visit Rome & also near at the Villa Borghese.

“OASIS OF PEACE IN VERY VERY BUSY CITY.”
EXCELLENT HOTEL OLD STYLE COMFORT. SPOTLESSLY CLEAN, LOVELY BREAKFAST. 20 MINUTES WALK THROUGH LOVELY PARK TO SPANISH STEPS, WE STAYED IN JUNIOR SUITE SIMPLY ENORMOUS KITCHEN VERY USEFUL. STAFF WERE AMAZING COULD NOY HAVE BEEN MORE HELPFUL BEDS VERY COMFORTABLE. 5 STARS .

“Run-down not a 4 star ”
Aldrovandi is not a 4 star hotel it's a 3 star at best. The whole place is run-down and badly. needs upgrading, the carpet was threadbare and was dirty, small television with no English speaking channels. Aldrovandi is not a 4 star hotel it's a 3 star at best. The whole place is run-down and badly. needs upgrading, the carpet was threadbare and was dirty, small television with no English speaking channels. Breakfast options were poor infact we chose to walk for 30 minutes into Rome to have a decent breakfast. Yes it was a 30 minute hot walk to Restaurants and attractions, ok during the day but it's a scary walk uphill through the park at night. The pool looked good, but the surrounds were infested with mosquito's, used it once and had itchy bites for weeks. Do your research l wish l had, there are many better hotels that offer better rates and that are close to everything.
