“A wonderful Hotel, perfectly located for sightseeing ”

My Partner and I highly recommend this Hotel to anyone who is planning to do a lot of sightseeing in Rome. It’s location let’s you reach the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish steps inside a 10 min walk. A metro station is also located just around the corner. There are also a lot of nice little restaurants in the same are. The Team of the Albergo delle Regioni is also very helpful and forthcoming. Be it special requests like flowers in the room, a list of good bars or restaurants to visit, help with planning a program for the day, just ask and they are there for you! The room was clean, cool (AC) an quiet, the shower stall might be a bit small in the room we stayed in but still very serviceable. You won’t get breakfast there but there is a fridge stocked with juices, a coffee machine and some cookies available for all guest. Same goes for umbrellas at the door. Another shout out to the Team! This was our first trip to Italy and as luck would have it, our first hotel was in Rome at the Albergo delle Regioni Barberini! Immediately upon arriving to the hotel we were greeted by Fabiana and Fabio! The fabulous duet assisted us with our bags right out of the taxi. They were articulate and well organized with the check in process. There was a nice kitchenette area stocked with coffee, cookies, refrigerated beverages and a Nespresso machine. Very thoughtful for the guests. Loved the box of pasta made in Italy in our room. Our economical room overlooked the busy streets of Rome. But with the windows closed the noise drowned out some. The beds were moderately comfortable and the bathroom was clean. We stayed at the Albergo hotel for two nights before traveling to Sorrento and Capri to stay at two other hotels. The experience at Albergo delle Regioni was the best out of them all! Sabina and Fabiana were so kind and knowledgeable about the area. Fabiana helped guide us to all attractions, and answered all of our questions in person and on WhatsApp. They even got us toothpaste and a body sponge upon request. Fabiana and Fabio made an intimidating train ride to Sorrento a pleasant one by arranging their intern Mateo to guide us to and through the large train station from the hotel. Mateo was also an awesome, kind and helpful young guy! How amazingly generous was that?! Above and beyond customer service, support and satisfaction! A Central location. The staff are very courteous and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable and well kitted out with fridge, nice shower, safe and frothing machine. Happy about the refillable soaps too. Excellent coffee available at all times, as well as cold fizzy water. Was not easy to find as there are no signs on the door. On a main street so noise and streetlights may not suit all. Reasonable price for Rome. Recommended.
