“Good value”
We stayed here for one night and had no complaints. The area is a little off the beaten track but it is an easy enough walk to nearby bars etc.Our room was clean and the bed was large and comfortable. “Great place & modern”
Renovated and large enough for 3 persons. Modern, open and spaciuos place. Walking distance to Modena centre. Breakfast option in the corner Cafe had limited options to choose from, but coffee was okay. Beds were also very comfortable! Would definitetly recommend to stay here if visiting Modena.

“Good value for money”
We arrived in middle of July to stay few nights in Park hotel. Infrastructure is bit old but looks stylish. “Convenient, cheap, not cheerful”
The hotel is situated very near the theatre and within the old city wall ring. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are adequate and spacious and ours had a little balcony with a nice view on the old town.
