My husband and I recently celebrated our wedding anniversary at NH Torino Centro, and it was a wonderful experience. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade, which was a nice touch. The hotel itself was comfortable and well-located, providing a perfect backdrop for our special occasion. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a memorable stay in Turin.

Well, honestly I do not have much to say, since this is an NH-related hotel, and I had the wonderful opportunity to lodge in a similar hotel in London (unfortunately it has been discontinued permanently). Just to wrap in the main points: premise itself is presented pretty good, with clean and elegant common rooms and welcome hall; rooms are cozy, clean, quiet, and elegant, having all the amenities you could need; Breakfast is also available, continental, and with good variety of food and drinks for all the tastes. That's about the hotel premise itself, then regarding other things, location is tactic, pretty close to Torino Porta Susa train station (about 5 minutes by feet), and in about 20 minutes walk you can also reach the city center. Or, if you prefer, public transport is also available almost right outside the hotel entrance area. Wrapping up, again not many things to say, I was completely satisfied and would definitely recommend this hotel for staying in Turin for a trip. I was about to forget, last but definitely not least hotel staff was fantastic, helpful and available whenever in need.

“Nice & better than anticipated”

Close to Torino Porta Susa train station. Very nice, clean, modern, located on tree- shaded block. There are 8 floors; my room was on the 5th floor facing the front of the hotel with a view of the shade trees on the mall between lanes -- pretty, but no mountain view. Close to Torino Porta Susa train station. Very nice, clean, modern, located on tree- shaded block. There are 8 floors; my room was on the 5th floor facing the front of the hotel with a view of the shade trees on the mall between lanes -- pretty, but no mountain view. The noise of the trams on the street below is heard in the rooms in the mornings from about 5 or 6 am onward; it's not a problem overnight. Breakfast was a buffet with the usual eggs, cereal, cake, yogurt, fresh fruit, juices, coffee, breads. The shower cannot help but flood the bathroom floor. My crisp-looking, nearly all-white room felt comfortable & clean.

The hotel was easy to get to and easy to find, and (importantly) had underground parking. The parking was, however, a bit difficult to navigate with a big car. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and seemed genuinely pleased to be able to help us and provide advice. The room was fine. Luxurious, it was not but it served a purpose. The bathroom, however, was dreadful, with poorly installed cheap units and fittings. Neither of us were particularly surprised by the flood that ensued every time we had a shower, given that there were obvious water stains on the wall. The breakfast also left a bit to be desired. There was no one to greet us, and the whole experience was rather zoo-like. A highlight of our short time here was drinking in the Piano35 lounge bar, a short walk away. It is at the top of the Intesa Sanpaolo Skyscraper and has amazing views across Turin.
