“A great hotel and a great find.”
Booked this through a web portal. We dont know Turin so went for something that was reasonably central and a reasonable price; this hotel hit the spot. Booked this through a web portal. We dont know Turin so went for something that was reasonably central and a reasonable price; this hotel hit the spot. It's just around the corner from the main rail station and a 5-10 minute walk from the Via Roma. The hotel is secure and our room was clean, tidy and functional with plenty of towels and tea and coffee making facilities and a TV. The staff were all freindly and the reception is staffed 24/7; all of the staff spoke English. We had breakfast on two mornings (the usual continental stuff) and it was OK but we preferred to get up and got out for something to eat. The hotel is close to the main train station and a Metro station and to the via Roma for shopping.

This hotel was absolutely fantastic! The breakfast was loaded with choice, the beds were comfortable and the rooms are equipped with everything you need. This hotel was absolutely fantastic! The breakfast was loaded with choice, the beds were comfortable and the rooms are equipped with everything you need. Just a stones throw from Turin Porta Nuova it’s hidden away but perfectly situated for eating out and exploring. However the staff are what really makes this hotel! Every time we had a question, query or request (which was often) they were more than happy to answer or accommodate us! Thanks so much to the staff for making us feel so welcome and safe! You made our trip the best! If we ever visit Turin again we will be staying here!

Amazing hotel, very clean and very close to the Porta Nuova station (within walking distance). All of the receptionists are extremely well-mannered and helpful. The breakfast is really good too (the food in Italy is always amazing, even in its simplest form). Went in January 2024 and the rooms were nice and cosy in the few cold days we spent there.

There is a lot to see in Turin so we stayed for three nights. The staff on reception were helpful. We did not have breakfast so cannot comment on that, but found a good bakery/cafe to have breakfast close by.
